Adam earned his Bachelor and Master degrees in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. He then earned his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Counseling Psychology from Oklahoma State University. Adam has over 20 years of experience providing therapeutic services with children, adolescents and adults across varied and unique settings including residential treatment, crisis hospitalization, community mental health, university counseling, transitional living, and independent private practice.
In addition to providing assessment and psychotherapy to private practice clients, Adam is passionate about teaching personal growth workshops and has had the pleasure of instructing courses for children, teens, and adults over the last 10 years.
Since graduating from the University of Iowa in Communications, Bert has spent many years facilitating many personal growth courses and workshops. Throughout his career as a trainer, he has developed classes on Conflict Management, Team-building, Leadership, Customer Service, Listening, Anger Management, Resume Writing, Interviewing, EEO Laws and Workplace Etiquette, just to name a few!
Bert attended the rigorous two year training program required to teach the “Breakthrough Weekend” type workshops. He teaches the weekend workshops in Florida, North Carolina, and Israel. He brings a warm sense of humor and fun to all of his workshops as well as a dose of reality and wisdom.
Bert lives in Tallahassee, Florida where he is the Regional Trainer and Facilitator for a not-for-profit job service organization.
Charlene Sears-Tolbert, MA, CAP, ICADC
After a career expanding over twenty years, Charlene Sears-Tolbert continues to work passionately as an Organizational & Personal Development Consultant specializing in organization development, interpersonal relationships, addictions, women issues, and cultural matters. She is the co-host of “Relationships Matter,” a weekly radio talk show.
Charlene attended the University of Massachusetts majoring in Human Services Management. Earning a Bachelor degree with honors, she went on to achieve a Masters degree in Psychology with honors from National Louis University. Charlene is also an International Board Certified Addictions Counselor.
Charlene has personally conquered tremendous obstacles and has made it her life’s “work” to share her experience, strength, and hope to empower others. She is the author of the self-help workbook, “When Relationships Hurt: 52 Ways to Heal” and often conducts workshops and retreats based on this book.

Josh Magro, M.A.
Josh received his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. He is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the “Center for the Healing Arts” in Winter Park, Florida.
Josh is trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Clinical Hypnosis and has worked in the personal growth field for over a decade. He also worked as a Camp Counselor at Kids Camp Orlando for over six years, creating lesson plans and facilitating team-building activities.
Affectionately described as “Love on Two Feet,” Kathryn has studied and reported on what make people successful in their families and in their workplace. She presents fresh new ways at looking at age-old problems. Seeing with these new eyes, her students are inspired to make amazing shifts toward loving action. These loving actions create more satisfying relationships at home, in school and in the workplace. Her workshops are interactive and students walk away with practical tools they can implement immediately.
Kathryn is a co-creator of “The Breakthrough Weekend.” She is the author of the “Redirecting Children’s Behavior” parenting book and course. She teaches her course internationally with Indian, Indonesia, China and Switzerland being her most recent travels.
Vicki O’Grady, MA, LMHC
Vicki O’Grady is a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and accomplished workshop presenter. Vicki has worked in the fields of mental health, addictions, eating disorders and personal growth beginning in the late 70’s. She has been in private practice since 1989 in Maitland, Florida and has traveled throughout the United States and Israel presenting personal growth courses, workshops and seminars.
As the Founder and past Director of Personal Power and Prosperity (P3), Vicki brings compassion, insight and a wonderful sense of humor to her weekends.
Vicki’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Social Welfare Certification from Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. Her Masters of Arts degree is from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
Vicki has appeared as an expert on radio and television programs in Florida on the topics of eating disorders, addictions and relationships. She uses her own recovery and experiences to inspire others to enrich their lives.
